Edward Mann is recruiting for a Product Manager on behalf of an exciting Australian Tech start up based in Sydney Australia. The role is paying up to 150k + super depending on experience. It offers outstanding culture, career development and a top tier flexible working model.

You will be a key member of the product team, working with a broad range of internal stakeholders (including leadership) and external stakeholders to position yourself as a key driver of growth!

Responsibilities

Product Discovery: Conduct customer research, analyse feedback, and run experiments to validate product ideas.
Drive Alignment: Ensure everyone is on the same page about why a feature or product initiative is being prioritised and built.
Iterate Quickly: Embrace a fast-paced environment, delivering incremental improvements while keeping the big picture in mind.
Outcomes-Focused Initiatives: Shape product initiatives that balance customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, CS, engineering, and design to align product initiatives with broader business goals.
Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are central to all decisions.
Data-Informed Decision-Making: Use data to inform priorities and measure outcomes, balancing analytics with intuition.
Ownership & Collaboration: Take end-to-end ownership of certain product areas, collaborating closely with our other Product Manager to ensure a cohesive vision across the platform.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
2 years working on SaaS products as a product manager, product designer, engineer or equivalent role.
Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, way.
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
Experience with Shape Up will be highly regarded.
