Edward Mann is recruiting on behalf of a international professional services business based in Manhattan, NYC.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing team in developing and executing our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving business growth through marketing initiatives, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the professional services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor and manage a global team of marketing professionals to deliver outstanding results and promote a positive culture.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Develop and implement lead generation programs, utilizing a variety of channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, social media, and content marketing.
Manage and oversee the company's brand strategy and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, and continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and changing market conditions to ensure the company's marketing strategy remains relevant and effective.
Manage the marketing budget, ensure resources are allocated effectively, and provide regular reports on budget performance.
Work closely with the executive team to provide strategic advice and insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.
Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Experience managing budgets and delivering results within budgetary constraints.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
A strategic thinker with a growth mindset, and a passion for innovation and creativity.
