Edward Mann is recruiting a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator that has experience with Pricing. With over 35 years of success, this organisation supports independent businesses through innovative buying strategies, creative marketing, and industry-leading rebate programs.

This is a unique opportunity to manage pricing strategies that directly impact hundreds of businesses, working in a fast-paced environment alongside a collaborative team and multiple stakeholders.

The role offers a competitive package of up to $90,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. Based on-site five days a week, you'll work closely with the General Manager, gaining exposure to senior decision-makers and opportunities to grow your career.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the General Manager to align pricing strategies for members across seven states.
Own the Master Pricing File, ensuring it’s always accurate and aligned with promotional programs.
Review and update pricing for promotions, including sending applicable deals for loading.
Create valuable monthly reporting tools like Master Price Books, Price Order Guides, and Variation Reports for members.
Evaluate price changes during CPI periods, working with suppliers to ensure profitability for members.
Analyse historical and current pricing data and market trends to recommend strategies that drive success.
Collaborate with the Advertising and Marketing team to ensure promotional pricing is competitive and effective.
Act as the key pricing contact for members, suppliers, and wholesalers, addressing enquiries with confidence and accuracy.

What we’re looking for:

A strong understanding of pricing methodologies, cost structures, and market dynamics.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros, to handle large datasets efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure pricing accuracy.
A proactive and independent work style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience in a pricing coordinator role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of wholesale supply chains and ordering platforms in retail or food and beverage industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
A motivated, results-driven mindset with confidence and influencing skills to match.
