Term – 6-month FTC to Permanent
Salary - £75,000 + excellent benefits inc. unlimited holiday & flexi-hours working
Location – Central London
Hybrid – 2/3 days per week in office (50% in office)

 

Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager position on an initial 6-month FTC basis on behalf of a leading international media group.

Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager who will take responsibility for Balance Sheet management across multiple agencies, ensuring a tight controls environment, working closely with the commercial teams on contract compliance and ensuring revenue is allocated correctly. This position will also play a key part in the Audit process, preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP with US GAAP conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for Balance Sheet Accounting & Reconciliations

  • Monthly Balance Sheet Analysis at local and regional level across multiple agencies

  • Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations

  • Statutory Accounts preparation for multiple entities under UK GAAP with US GAAP conversions

  • US GAAP reviews of full P&L and Balance Sheets across all entities

  • Treasury management of Foreign Exchange Rates

  • Contract Compliance – ensuring balances are in-line with contractual requirements

  • Ensure revenue is allocated accurately and correctly

  • VAT Returns

  • Intercompany balance reports

Desirables

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), candidates who are not qualified but have relevant experience may also still be considered

  • Previous experience working within a Media Agency would be beneficial but not essential

  • SAP, Hyperion and DDS (Mediaocean) experience is desirable but not essential
