​Job Title - Finance Business Partner

Salary - £70,000 + benefits

Location - Epsom / Central London

Hybrid - Remote with 2/3 days in Office a month


As a Business Partner in Commercial Finance, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the Commercial business teams. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to enhance business performance. This role involves close collaboration with executive members, supporting them with in-depth analyses, initiatives, and presentations to drive strategic and tactical decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial business teams.


  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.


  • Maintain comprehensive records of performance metrics, including sales, revenue, costs, headcount, and value drivers.


  • Provide accurate and timely information to the business, ensuring understanding across teams.


  • Collaborate with Management Accounts to analyse the impact of actuals, offering commentary on budget and forecast variances.


  • Oversee the development of robust budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans through collaboration with key stakeholders.


  • Work closely with various functions to enhance financial control processes and governance.


  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as required by the CFO or relevant Executive Stakeholder.


  • Actively develop presentations for Executive Committee and Board meetings.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Candidates who are not qualified with the right experience will also be considered.

  • Proven experience in business partnering and financial analysis.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
