Edward Mann are recruiting for a national Aged Care business based in Tuggerah, Central Coast NSW, but with flexible working.

This is a permanent Accounts Payable position paying up to 75k + Super + salary packaging (equivalent of circa 90k outside of NFP/Charity).

You will get exposure to the whole AP function and in time the role has scope to develop into higher level reporting duties. The ideal person will need to be switched-on, adaptable and able to able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities

Processing invoices including invoice coding and obtaining approvals.
Processing staff expense claims including liaising with staff for additional information.
Preparing fortnightly payment runs for different entities.
Setting up new suppliers and confirming bank details prior to payment.
Preparing supplier reconciliations.
Assisting with subledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
Preparing credit applications.
Monitoring AP inbox and liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders with any queries.
Assisting with system implementations and improving processes.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in an accounts payable position, ideally within a medium/large organisation.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Confident technology user.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Organised and able to multi-task.
Works well in a small team environment.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
